For appearance and taste B.I.G. looks like normal pasta, but unlike similar products made with an ordinary semolina, it has a Glycaemic Index (GI) reduced by 70%.
The secret is in the use of Semola Frenata, a semolina enriched with a mix of natural fibres, able to reduce the glycaemic index significantly. B.I.G. pasta was born to fully satisfy the palate and adapts perfectly to any seasoning. The four fibres that make up the Semola Frenata do not change the taste of the pasta and allow having a product that provides more than 13% of fibres at the same time.
